TIMS Overthrew Kajmaku

The Democratic Party accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of turning a blind eye to inconclusive evidence pertaining to the incrimination of Mayor Agim Kajmaku. Former MP Ervin Salianji said Rama is abiding by his own constitution—“the mafia code of silence.”

“With all the indisputable evidence, Kajmaku hides behind Edi Rama's deceptions, who upon the mafia's code of silence, protects the incriminated person with whom he sat at the table of power.

“Edi Rama for 10 days straight has not said a single word on the rotten apple that emerged from the basket of crime,” said Salianji referring to Kajmaku.

“TIMS system data debunks any alibi or attempted lie told by Rama, proving that Kajmaku is the person arrested in Greece with the name of Jorgo Toto, charged with using and trafficking counterfeit money.

Democrats also filed charges against the chief prosecutor.

The prosecution remains silent and instead of issuing an arrest warrant for Kajmaku, it sends a letter to the DP demanding evidence that is already in the TIMS system.

“Meanwhile, Edi Rama does not talk anymore since Agim Kajmaku is the symbol of his project on governance for crime.

“In fact, he should have been a defendant along with Valdrin Pjetri, but the prosecution serving Edi Rama does not enforce the law.

“The prosecution is silent and instead of the arrest warrant for Kajmaku, it has sent letters to the Democratic Party seeking the evidence it has already in the TIMS system.

“The prosecution does not apply the Penal Code or the decriminalization law to bring to justice the fugitive in Greece, who has trafficked counterfeit money and cheated on the decriminalization form,” said Salianji.

MP Salianji said that the Renaissance of the criminal government should be removed. Stating:

“The power of the criminal organization must be removed as soon as possible, as it is the only way to save Albania from predators.

“Free and fair parliamentary and local elections at the same time as a transitional government is the only way out. To give Albanians the chance to open the path to economic and social development. And to pave Albania's path to the European Union, which is blocked by the criminals in power.”
