The opposition today used the parliament's podium to urge citizens to join the protest on Saturday at 12 o'clock. Democratic Party Chair, Lulzim Basha said that the country is on the verge of economic collapse and is threatened by potential chaos and lack of public order.Basha said that no corrupt government can withstand the unity of the people.
"You can not resist the union of the people" said Lulzim Basha.
On the other hand, Chair of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party, Taulant Balla replied to the opposition leader, who listed many other reasons why, according to him, the opposition calls for such protests.
"You want to protest for the protection of the money of your father-in-law's palace." exclaimed Balla.
Meanwhile, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha spoke more harshly, addressing statements to the majority ministers that on Saturday they will have no choice but to face the public.
"You will not find a place to hide on Saturday." said Sali Berisha.
Taulant Balla replied to the former Prime Minister, retorting:
"You are expressing your family tension following your son being summoned to the prosecutor's office."
Balla said the opposition protests are also in support of the corrupt directors of the Socialist Movement for Integration.
