Democratic Party leader Lulzim Basha, in a post on social networks, says that the "Rama must go" movement is not just a matter of words, but one of guaranteed action.

The opposition chair, Basha, says the united opposition will lead the aspiration of Albanians for change.

“The absolute majority of the determined Albanians in the battle for the departure of Edi Rama and his regime must know that the Democratic Party, the United Opposition, has heard them and will lead your aspirations for change.

“Together, we will turn this absolute majority of the rejection of the regime, the absolute majority who declare "Rama Must Go", into the national majority of great change for every Albanian,” posted Basha.

Free and fair elections, says Lulzim Basha, will pave the way for the political and economic transformation Albania needs.

“The government that will emerge from free elections will immediately open negotiations with the European Union and will put the country on the path of progress and development.

“Albanians only want freedom, fair competition, to produce and create through their own hard work and ability.”

The Democratic Party, says Basha, will make Albania like all Europe, opening up the markets for free competition, whilst improving the standard of the education and health systems.
