One day after the adoption of the draft law that paves the way for the demolition of the National Theater building, the artists have declared their anger at the majority's behavior towards them.
They are determined not to give up, and will use all the ways possible to lead to the withdrawal of this decision.
The only hope for artists comes from the President of the Republic, Ilir Meta, and the Diaspora Minister, Pandeli Majko, who left Parliament without giving a vote.
Asked whether the actors will take part in the Negotiation Commission, Neritan Liçaj said it looks as if it is the government's plan to include even the artists in this issue.
After the Parliament's decision late on Thursday, the Law on the Theater will passfor Presidential decree, but even if Ilir Meta does not give OK, the law returns to the committee and then again to a plenary session where it will enter into force immediately.
